I had a mishap in the shop and the internal USB-B on my RAMBo 1.4 was broken internally. Has anyone on the forum had luck soldering in a new one? I assume it’s a generic part that I I’m seeing on Amazon and not something specifically designed for this board.
Take a look at this topic. A number of interesting suggestions for fixing/replacing a USB connection on a Rambo board. Personally I liked Jeff’s idea of soldering in a usb ftdi… probably since it is something I’ve used with the Arduino Pro Mini.
