Hi, I am having some trouble with my RAMBo 1.4 board. It does not turn on. I get yellow slow blinking when connected to usb. I have 12v power on board but no green light turns on. Could it be bad fuses? Should I messure 12v on the lowest power terminal and 0v on the second one?
