I have contacted a plugin programmer for octopi, and he is writing some queuing and playlist stuff, including a basic, very basic scheduler. To start, you will be able to have a playlist start at a specific time each day. I am hoping that eventually, you will be able to select a playlist for every day, days, repeats, and special days. I am also hoping to have a sleep period, where the printer/sand table, stops running for that block of time.
I am paying this developer for the time, but it will be a public plugin.
