So learned a lot with this project, not sure how to get the top corners any better, I did the logo pocket with a .250 end mill and then did an engrave with a 90 V with a max depth of 1mm, so don’t think they could have been better, but really happy with how it came out overall!
I went too deep and the bottom is super thin, next time I won’t go 15mm deep and then 1mm for the logo lol, I think 13mm will be a good depth for it, and I’m still ramping up my speeds and feeds and the machine is handling it well!
