Hello im Having tolerance issues on z axis, i beleve its from the Wood as it moves bends during operations.
So i like to make another last clean cut, any fast ideas ? The code is so scrambled in estlcam its not making sense.
There is something called a “finishing pass”. Which does exactly this. On the toolpath option, there is an option for choosing a finishing tool (you can choose the same one) and a stock to leave (which you can set to a very small number). Check the. It settings for finishing passes, because you can probably do a full depth pass if you are just kissing the surface.
yes but i want another run, i already using that endcut. thing is it can do a part, and i think also the finishing layer then it moves 2000mm away continues there and then go gack to finish some other moves … the program is 5 ohur on a 3000mm plank

Try doing your main cut them do a part cut full depth and check cut order. I dont know if you can do ordering on finish pass
so boring easy.
