So I’m new at this, and am having issues with placing jobs correctly on the CNC mill. Every object I load ends up on the bottom right corner, and I have no idea how to get the mill to correctly carve the piece. Can anyone help me figure this out?
That placement is how I do it. It is using 0,0,0 as the surface of your material and set your tool in the center of your piece. Make sense? This will not work if you are using endstops though.
I’m not using endstops, but I can’t ever seem to actually get the thing to cut correctly. Part of me wishes I had someone local to show me the first time. Youtube sucks and doesn’t have a video on this…
