Just going through assembly and testing everything fits after getting my new stainless tube today. The rollers will not glide all the way onto the rail. gets past the first 2 and the middle one but won’t past the final 2. I I remove the middle bearing it works fine. Anyone have some quick things to look for here?

Make sure all the bolts are loose when trying to assemble.

Well if you mean the bolts themselves without the nuts and bearings on them those are pretty tight. Most of them I had to thread them through. Should the bolts alone be free to slide in and out without threading or turning them?

I believe so yes… I took a 5/16 drill bit and reamed the holes out before putting bolts in so it was easy to get them in and out.
