My rounded edges are not coming out as round as I would like them to. Is there something that usually causes rounded edges like in the photo I have attached?
Lots of details are needed.
Are you using estlcam, the newest beta? if you are I assume you have arcs on, try it with them off. Arcs is a bit fickle right now, they work best on large arcs but small arcs can get weird. I think it is fixed in RC8 but we can’t use RC8 yet. arcs only make you gcode file a bit smaller. no big deal to turn them off. Or if you have them off turn them on.
