I ran your left.gcode. ran right through at 15my and 41s.

Would it be too much to ask for you to run mine and see what happens?

The error happens around the 8 minute mark.

I took my little tiny fpv quad out for the first time on the lunch break…that is a new experience for sure!

Ha, I didn’t think to run your code…duh, brain fart. I’ll load it up.

This might sound stupid… but when I run your code, the red led on my ramps doesn’t turn on… but when I run mine, it does.

Apparently that’s LED3 and its associated with a fan. Your gcode did not turn the fan on, mine however does. On my smart controller, it says the fan is at 100% when I run my code. Nothing for yours.

The new post processor does not have the fan on by defualt, you should upgrade we all made changes too it the new ones are much better. v9 and v10.

So I think that is the issue you are using v6 of the postprocessor the rapids are built in and way too high.

So v10 is current?

v10 is, but I have only tested v9 and am not 100% sure what was changed in v10

I’ll use v9 then. Thanks for helping me out with this Ryan. I’ll have to
put it to the test tomorrow just to be sure but it makes sense as to why
your .gcode worked and mine was useless.

I just wonder what aspect of this made the ramps board restart.

It is the Z axis rapid movements speeds, to many steps/second for our arduino processor. The previous post processors did not take this in to account.

So I downloaded v9 from the fusion thread. Do I have to change anything in it? Or is it good the way it is? If I do, How do I do it? lol

Pretty sure it’s ready to go.
