Trying to machine the 3D model in the photo. Used Estlcam and exported in to Repetier. I ran the job but about half way along its first toolpath I think the steppers are skipping and its causing the toolpath to shift (as you can see in the workpiece. I thought this was down to the baudrate so I increased it from 25000. Made no difference. what’s a man suppose to do?
What hardware are you running and how is it set, what feeds and speeds and rapids are you using in CAM.
Have you been successful in other designs and projects? Making sure that it is just this that is the problem.
