Parallel is bad. The choices are serial or separate drivers foe each motor (dual, which is needed for dual endstops).
The good news is, I think your firmware is right. You just have to put a driver in the E1 driver port and move the Z2 motor to the E1 motor port.

Sorry for the delay i have alot a work to do
This is my update
All the stepper drive are working OK now
The endstops only x work and an z only one side
And y1 , y2 not working when i home this is my wiring 16001196622303979571812165225901|375x500

Check with M119 before trying to home. That should give you a pretty fast test. All endstops should be wired NC and between - and s.

Yes They all are as to say wire nc

Does M119 show you that it isn’t working?
It’s possible it is in the firmware.
