my mpcnc seems to loosened up and i cant find which area to tighten this slop out. If I twist in the x or y direction at an upward angle like the force that a ramping plunge would do. it causes excess vibration when routing and has caused 2 router mounts to fail from vibration and movement.
will attach video in next post

Scroll down to squaring. Those are the bolts you need to tighten. Was this tight before, or always loose?
those dont seem to be making alot of difference. i went loose to the point of just engaging the nylock and tightend. did find loose rollers at the ends of the rails, got those snugged up but that did not translate to fixing the center fixture slop.
Could be your tubes are out of round now. Try rotating them, say 90 degrees.
