I completed my build, plugged everything in and turned it on. Everything was perfect until I tried to print a wasteboard. I used Aspire 8 to draw it out and create the NC file. I opened it in Repetier-Host. I home to x and y set my z and hit print. What I got were squares.
I am in a similar situation… I can draw the test crown in precooked gcode, but when I try to process my own I am having size issues. The learning curve is fun.
Looks like you were using inches. The machine expects mm. So instead of being 3" away from each other, they were 3mm apart.

In the end. That led me to the answer. I needed the right post processor in Aspire. I tried several before coming back here and finding the Marlin.pp file.
