I’m doing some maintenance to my machine and noticed that a couple of my bearing aren’t touching. I attached an image showing where they’re not touching. What would be the correct way to tension these?
Funny thing is I got done milling some wood projects and pvc board and didn’t see any issues with cutting. Wonder if this was my issue with aluminum milling before.
Your not going to like this…Best thing to do is take the center all the way apart and put it back together after swapping a few parts around. everyone’s builds seem to be much better the second time. Chances are really good you had it a bit too tight and induced some creep.
