Tool mount for primo F

Hi,

i’ve just made my MPCNC Primo F and received my Makita clone to test.
But i didn’t found anywhere this mount for the primo F.

I printed this one but the holes are for M4 and not M5 (used on the Z axis of the primo).

What is the best solution ? Thanks for your help !
