Hello everyone I was wondering what the tubing measurements would be for the 25.4mm printed parts.The required OD and wall thickness? I’m located in the U.S if anyone can please let me know where they were able to source the required tubing that would be greatly appreciated.
That is the 1" Stainless steel tube…
1" OD X .065" wall X .870" ID

The OD needs to be 25.4mm (which is 1" imperial) for the 25.4mm printed parts. While the I.D. will vary based on your wall thickness selection. If you live near or in any moderately sized city (say 100k or more) there should be a local warehouse/metal supplier to source from

I used 1” DOM tubing from a local metal shop https://www.industrialmetalsupply.com/products/steel/tube/dom-round#1
0.12” wall for the stationary parts, 0.065” for the parts that move.
