I’m sure others have done this but I couldn’t find an stl for some so I made ends/inserts for my 25.4mm x rails that also have little clips to keep the wires in place with the right amount of slack for the z axis to travel up and down without snagging.

No that is a clever tweak, to add a cable guide to the grommet. Nice upgrade.
