I have already sent an email through the ‘contact us’ page but thought I would make a note here as well in case it is something I can fix myself. My LCD that came with my hardware package is unreadable. The text has almost no contrast with the background and does not improve with holding it at different angles. It is pretty much the same screen as on my wanhao i3 printer that is very high contrast and clear/easy to read. Anyone have any suggestions on a fix or do I need a replacement?
Apparently there is a contrast knob… I must look into this.
