Vac Duct Fit?

So I am on my last stages of the LR Cnc V2…
Ive done test cuts, and im happy :slight_smile: AMazing design @anon74685196

However, the first time I did a cut, then tried to remove the spindle (the recommended dewalt) the vac duct prevented it from coming out .
I finally got it out.
Now when I try to put it in, its tight, I can get it in there, but then the spindle wont go down far enough to click in to place.
Anyone else have this issue?
I dont really wanna cut an entire spoil board without it (if its a helpful piece).

Also I have tried sanding down the edges etc.
Last recourse, unless you guys have suggestions would be to just trim off a few layers from the print, all the way around.

I don’t think I ever put the router down far enough to touch the duct. As for clicking in I took that wheel thing off the dewalt.
