Please bare with me as i try to learn. when i simulate my cutting, everything works great. When I go to the cnc, it wants to mill the full part in about a one square centemeter area. The actual part is roughly 100 cm by 100 cm. I had this problem last time i used it months ago but i do not remember what fixed it. Can anyone offer any help, thoughts, direction? Thanks for any suggestions…
Typically, a problem of this magnitude happens when you output your file in inches rather than mm. The V1 maintained firmware does not have inch support enabled. Usually, the solution is just a checkbox associated with the CAM/postprocessor that indicates you want to output your g-code in mm units.
