What size round over plunge bit do I need for 1/4" thick birch wood?

I’m wanting to cut the entire piece of birch wood with a fully rounded edge and I was wondering which round over plunge bit I should get?

As in round the outside edge? That is best for a hand router.

Isn’t the DW660 a hand router or are you referring to a router table setup? This is the type I was talking about:

That is best to do by hand or on a table, with a router, not on a cnc.

ok thanks.

Yeah. You’re going to end up rounding over both your piece and any leftover stock. You’d end up probably having to cut pretty slow. I’d just get a normal round over bit and do it by hand after the piece is cut out.
