X axis bends left and right!

When lowering the Z axis the XZ plates bows outward and when I raise the Z axis up the plate straightens back out…what would cause this on the roller side…the side that the bearings that ride on the conduit.

The metal XZ plate should not change angle relative to the gantry, and the XZ plate should not change angle relative to the YZ plate. One of those joints is not stiff and/or not perpendicular/parallel.

If the gantry-to-XZ plate junction is not perpendicular and/or if it’s not rigid, then the XZ plate could sit at an angle and that angle could change as the Z axis goes up.

If the linear rail slider blocks are not securely mounted to the XZ plate, then those could sit at an angle and the angle of the slider blocks could change (even if XZ is fixed) as the Z axis goes up.

Those would be the two junctions I would look at first.

Is this the same issue you posted a video of here?

Yes it is!

Easier to keep it all in the same thread.
