Z axis assembly issues

I’be been having trouble let assembling the Z axis. I can seem to get all the hole to line up.

Any one have any suggestions on how to make sure the holes drilled into the condunit will match the hole in the printed parts consistantly?

Over size the holes you drill, they do not locate anything, they are there form clamping. I think my drawing specs up to an 8mm hole.

And you don’t have to drill the holes through the conduit. Just one side for the black nut trap (if you’re looking at the pic in the assembly section). I made the mistake of drilling through the conduit and trying to line it up perfectly.
