Z axis problem - motors not moving together

Hi lowriders. Just finished with my asembly and have this weird issue. Z axis motors are no moving together. While left motor is going up, the rightone is going down? Any chance someone could help me find the issue? X and Z axis are moving just fine.

Flip the connector around on the motor that’s going the wrong way. It’s literally that simple.

Edit: Do not unplug/plug in your steppers while there is power to your controller.
