Z axis smooth rods

Working on a MP3DP V2, how are the z axis smooth rods held in? Super glue?

You can use glue, I don’t. They should really have any vertical force on them. They X and Y bearings usually go bad first, at that point I swap them all. I am a hard case though, typically 24/7/365 use. I would say for most the bearings will not wear out, I get about 1 1/2 years out of them. I add a drop of Teflon lube every few months.

If they’re sliding down the mounting holes are too large, maybe an under extrusion?
