Will this work with my Lowrider 2 with having to change any software
Those are 1 start leadscrews. The design is for 4 starts. The 1 starts need to spin 4x faster to move the same speed. So you will need to adjust the steps/mm and the max Z speed to use these reliably. Both of those things can be set through gcode, not software. But you will end up with a slower Z.

I’m not an expert, and there are dozens of specs, I’m sure. What I pay attention to is:
- T8 - 8mm outside diameter of the shaft
- 2mm pitch - the distance between two threads is 2mm
- 4 starts - if you look at the end, it has 4 starts. The angle of the thread is also much steeper. I don’t know what number in the description correlates to that though.
The lead is the advance per revolution which is equal to the pitch multiplied by the number of starts. We generally use lead = 8mm, pitch = 2mm, 4 starts.
