Another Take(Concept) on Tool Change

So I had a thought, which probably somebody else already had, on another way a tool change could be done. I use a Makita RTC700 which has the nut tightened to hold the tool. But could it work if we mount the tool in a collect block, mount the collect-block to an adapter piece(i.e. with set-screws), which is to be created, and drop the makita into this adapter. could be looking something like this:

There also would be some guidance in the mpcnc z-axis and stuff but in general the makita would drop top down into the collet-block-adapter and spin it.

I worry about forces and sharp tools escaping, flying around, getting stuck in my body so i thought i hear what you guys have to say about it. i appreciate every helpful comment

Every adapter adds to the inaccuracy of the system. It’s a good idea, but maybe not a 30k rpm good idea?
