So I have been trying to make some wall art items out of some old barn wood.
I am using two different bits. 90 degree for engraving and then 1/4" for cutting out the part.
My question is this… when you guys do a tool change how do you make 100% sure that you are starting back off from the original homing position?
On some of my engraving it seems like I need to rerun the job to clean it up but I cannot ever get it to home in exactly the same position and when I rerun its ever off so slightly but enough to mess up the engrave.
Also, I have heard that if you run your job in reverse that it can clean up the job but I am not sure if that is true nor how you would even accomplish that in Estlcam.
