Just finishing up my build of mpcnc with skr pro v1.2 with tft 35.
I see the screen has icons for switching of spindle, what output is this switching exactly, I’m assuming if it’s the heat bed or a fan I can take a feed from them to drive an ssr and switch my router?

It is sending M106/M107 commands right now. Those go to the fan output.
So will I be getting 12vdc to those outputs capable of firing an ssr?
The fan is a low side drive. Meaning the 12V+ is always on. And the ground on the fan pin switches between 12V (off) and ground (on). So whatever thing you are trying to control needs to be compatible. Relays also shouldn’t be driven directly. There is plenty of current, but the relays have a flyback voltage spike and you need at least a diode (I’ve never done it, the premade boards with relays are easy enough to get).
There is a power strip on amazon called “iot relay” and it works great with the fan output.
