Controller advice requested

Hello Folks, Happy New Year and the start of an awesome new decade.
My question is: I’m looking for a controller that will work with a 24V Meanwell power supply and that operates on 24v, has 32 bit system, and can operate 6 NEMA 23 stepper motors (1.8 degree/step) and have aux channels for board heater, extruder, and touch sensor, as well as, a couple fans, etc.
I’ve looked at the board list by 3DAddict and not found the right solution. Just run across the BigTree-Tech line of boards. Does anyone have experience with this?
Cheers

I’m not sure any of them will work well with NEMA 23s, they require much bigger drivers.

Supposedly 4A max, but that would make a lot of heat. The CAN to the expansion boards in interesting too. Make sure whatever firmware you are going to use supports what you want to do.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks so much! It looks promising. I now have to figure out what it takes to make a complete system.
Cheers,
Jim

At those sizes, voltages, and amperage… I’d be looking really hard at going with Mach4 on a computer and using a smoothieboard to drive a geko g540 driver.
