Here’s the board I’ve been discussing with you.
Usb is hooked up to computer
PSU negative to negative, Positive to positive, Using the header
Last pic is with the fuses back in. As I stated they show continuity.
The VIN solder points test at 12.8V. Everything along the board reads nothing.

That port you are powering is a power supply switch, I am not sure if you have damaged the board or not.
