Endstops SRK v1.3 tmc2130s

Just finished installing srk v1.3 with tmc2130s with tft35 touch screen with endstops i cant seem to get my y axis to work with the end stops. i ohm the switches and cables and all check out i have manually trigred the switches and still want stop the motors. now sure where else to look. sent the m119 code and get this response.

this is what happens when i triger the switch

any help would be much appreciated

They are ONLY active during homing. They won’t stop the steppers during normal operation.

Is it just the Y axis or does the X have the same behavior? Based on that code the switch is triggering correctly.

It can be configured by axis, but I think they are all off.
