Just purchased a full graphic 12864 controller board from AMazon. After ordering, I noticed the Vicious 1 version of this board (picture) has a resistor added to the back side of the board, which mine doesn’t have. Will I need to add this resistor to my board? Thanks for the advice!
Hopefully not, there are a bunch of bad ones out there with the wrong value resistor on them. That was needed to get the contrast right. Shouldn’t need it anymore, I need to get rid of that picture.
