GoPro mount made out of HDPE. Lots of practice with probing and working out of a vise.

Cuts were all with a single flute end mill:
15000RPM (superpid speed control)
0.003" feed per tooth
45 IPM

In hindsight this could have been made more aggressive to speed things along.
