Help with Skr 1.3 and 5150 stepper driver Firmware

Hey guys,
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction, I’m looking for a foolproof guide to installing firmware on my lowrider, I don’t have much experience in that department as I’m just a machinist. I was hoping to use the firmware from teaching tech but I cannot figure out how to flash firmware. using visual studio I get this error “Error: Could not find the package with ‘framework-arduino-lpc176x @ 0.1.3’ requirements for your system ‘windows_amd64’”.

The MarlinBuilder releases doesn’t have a 5160 variety, but it does have something that builds (at least once per day). You’d want the skr1p3 dualLR 2209, but then change the driver type to be 5160.
