LR2 (25.4mm J) YZ roller issue

I have using my 10’ x 6’ LR for a few months and noticed some backlash. Just recently I noticed squeeking and decided to investigate. I found that the upper rollers (YZ_Roller and _M) have a slightly different geometry than the lower rollers (Lower_Za and _Zb). The spacing for the center bearing on the lowers is 10mm but only 9mm on the uppers. Because of this the outer bearings on the lowers are brought into contact with the conduit due to deflection in the “forks”. However, the 9mm gap does not allow for deflection and the outer bearings are not brought into contact with the conduit.

Hmm, I’m interested to hear what others might think of this. What kind of troubleshooting have you done thus far?

Do they both have the same tension on the bolt that goes through the part, bearing, and back through the part?

I modified the parts to have a 10mm gap and reprinted. The new versions work perfectly…
