New Primo from a kit - steppers make strange noises when idle

my motors are making some strange noise while they are not moving (idling) like a streaming water in a faucet. Is it normal? I’m test-driving them from both TFT screen and from Repetier

I got the 2 whole kits from v1 shop - Primo + SKR Pro w/TFT. So nothing aftermarket.

Yep. They’ll hiss when standing still until they power off.
