Ok,
Ordered the proper serial cables, as well as some misc items from shop. While I am waiting I flashed firmware to version without dual endstops. The only problem is that now the boot screen says Marlin 1.1.0-1, Which means I dont have the latest version right? I need to have the version that I would have gotten on the RAMBO if I had actually ordered the right thing to begin with (the serial wiring version, not dual endstops) I did download from Github but that is not compiled right? And I dont know how to compile it.
