One side drops

When we home XY the right side lowers or drops more that the left. I am not sure what the problem could be.

Try turning down acceleration for z. It fixed the issue for me.

What is going on with your XZ mains? One is either on backwards or the wrong one is printed. That will cause lead screw alignment issues.

Both “support beam sides” (fancy cutouts) should face in.
