Problem with the touch screen

Hello recently I finally finish my primo cnc but I am having a screen problem. The board is and skr pro and the touch screen the one that come with the primo the problem is from time to time the screen go to marlin mode or touchscreen mode and the become unresponsive. Sometime a simple reset solve the problem but other time only leaving the machine unplug for some hour fix the problems.

Remove your knot rotary button and make sure the hole for its rotating axis is large enough to not touch the case. It should be totally contact free.
If it’s barely fit it can stay stucked down when you press the knot and could explain your issue, can be easily been fixed by drilling the hole with a larger drill bit.
