My MPCNC’s hardware:
My stepper motor is Nema 17 and 0.9/400 per revolution.
20 teeth Pulley and 10mm belt.
CNC shield and Ardiuno Uno
DRV8825 driver.
I put 1/16 micro step jumper on CNC shield and I chicked X and Y button on UGS software and MPCNC primo don’t move, why?
I removed jumper set back to full step and it is move fine.

Are you sure there is no movement? Unless you make changes in the firmware to match your microsteps, you will be dividing your jog movement my the microsteps. Say a jog click moves 1mm at full steps. After changing to 1/16 microstepping, you would be moving 0.0625 mm, which would be difficult to see.
The steps per mm should be 160.
400 whole steps per rotation *
1 rotation / 20 tooth *
1 tooth / 2 mm *
16 microsteps / whole step =
160 microsteps / mm
