I have a friend that asked me to cut him a foam sign that he can use at arts and crafts shows. My wife designed him a logo, and I cut it out on my machine.
1/8" end mill at 90 IPM followed by a 60* V-Bit at 90 IPM. You can see the machine rocking in the video. My machine is mounted a stand with castors on the bottom and it’s the wheels rocking back and forth causing it.
