Well. Machine is square and all, but it is eating my bearings! 
I JUST replaced to a high quality SKF bearing suited for the application and it dropped dead i the first run. I replaced because the original bearing also broke.
I ran three small jobs.
About 10min run time each.
18mm Soft wood Pine
Katsu trimmer (set to 4/6 speed)
700mm/min feed rate
420mm/min finishing
3mm DOC
I guess it is supposed to handle that?

Are those settings to hard in the router or is something else wrong?
