Friend’s parents are celebrating 50th anniversary so she asked me to make a serving board. roughly 2 hr carve with 1/8th v-bit and then epoxy filled.

Very nice! What is the process after filling with epoxy? Do you overfill then surface with a sander or the cnc?
I used a combination of a belt sander to get close and then a planer taking very light passes, then finish sand with random orbital sander.
