Spoil Board or Waste Board is What I hear most often.

I’ve always heard of it as spoil board… as in where the spoils go… i.e. wastes… which is why it’s also sometimes called waste board…
I assumed it was called spoil because it gets spoiled. Or waste board because it ends up being trashed.
